She is a leader introducing changes in organisations at the level of local and international structures, with particular attention to Diversity & Inclusion, which brings tangible benefits to the company and employees.
She managed teams in FMCG and B2B companies in Poland and Europe. She conducted development training for employees from Asia and LATAM.
Ensuring people development, talent management, shaping employee motivation and commitment with simultaneous job satisfaction and business benefits for the company have become her passion.

She is a manager, entrepreneur and business coach with over 25 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors. For over 15 years she has managed teams in business, public administration and NGOs. In the years 2006-2022 she lived and worked in Brussels, where she worked, among others, in the European institutions. She used her diplomatic experience by cooperating with the UN during climate summits in San Francisco, New York, Katowice and Madrid.
The founder of Monika Ray Coaching, she conducts individual sessions and training in the field of professional and personal development, mainly for clients in Brussels, Great Britain and the USA, but also from Poland. She conducts managerial, leadership and career coaching. She holds PCC ICF (Professional Certified Coach by International Coaching Federation) and ISO 9001:2015 certificates. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation. In 2023, Influence Digest Media recognised Monika as one of the 15 most influential coaches in Brussels.
